Rafael has more than 15 years of experience with litigation. He has specialized in conducting complex claims (judicial and arbitration), usually involving corporate matters, business contracts, capital markets and other topics of Civil and Business Law.
Rafael acts from the pre-dispute phase, undertaking means to quickly resolve disputes (such as negotiation, mediation, etc.), as well as developing strategies to better position clients in an eventual dispute.
He also has extensive experience in succession planning.
