This Personal Data Privacy and Protection Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the commitment of CEPEDA, IGLESIAS, AVINO, WAKIMOTO ADVOGADOS law firm, enrolled with CNPJ/ME [Corporate Taxpayers Register of the Ministry of Economy] under No. 05.849.371/0001-66 (“Cepeda Advogados”), to the protection of the personal data of its clients and visitors who may have contact with the firm, even if in a digital manner (https://cepeda.law).

This Policy describes how our firm may collect, store and use Personal Data (of clients and/or visitors) according to Law No. 13.709/2018 (“General Personal Data Protection Law”).

We do not send files attached to our informative e-mails. For this reason, we are not liable for any fraudulent electronic communications that may collect your personal data (phishing).

Regarding the e-mails that you receive, we recommend that you check their content before accessing any internet address, or clicking on any link. Do not trust in e-mails with suspect headers, from suspect senders or with odd contents, messages with grammar errors, or even pictures and logos with failures.

As a feature of our website, we may provide links to other internet websites (such as those of the sources of the news included in our newsletters). Our firm is not responsible for these websites and contents, and we do not share, subscribe, monitor, validate or accept the way these websites or content storage tools collect, process, and transfer your personal data.
