To this end, we acknowledge our social responsibility by means of a committee that seeks social impact actions in order to contribute to serious, recognized entities having purposes with which our firm identifies, including:

D&I are part of the Culture at Cepeda Advogados.

Among our internal initiatives, we have a group that is specifically dedicated to D&I. This group comprises a key portion of our team and meets from time to time to think and spread knowledge of topics relating to diversity and inclusion, discuss these matters and propose initiatives.
