José Francisco’s practice focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and foreign Investments. He counsels publicly-held and private companies, business conglomerates, foreign investors and private equity funds in connection with corporate law matters. José Franscisco also assists companies and shareholders on matters related to corporate governance, strategic investments and assets located in Brazil. He acted as legal counsel in more than 25 M&A transactions, totalling an amount greater than R$ 20 billion.
