Flávia has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A, structured and took part in several mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, advising Brazilian and foreign clients of different sectors of the economy, including players of the Asset Management, Private Equity and Venture Capital industries.
Flávia acts in the conception and creation of corporate structures, due diligence in order to identify and measure strategic risks, corporate governance and shareholders agrements.
Flávia has broad experience with complex commercial agreements and wealth and estate planning. Flávia worked for 14 years in the Corporate Law and M&A department of three of the most renowned Brazilian law firms.
