Flávia has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Corporate Governance, and Wealth and Estate Planning, having coordinated and taken part in several mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions involving Brazilian and foreign clients operating in different sectors of the economy, including players in the Asset Management, Private Equity, and Venture Capital industries. Graduated in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Flávia completed a postgraduate program in Tax Law at FGV and an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and is currently attending the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women (ABPW) at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
