Her experience is focused on the Capital Markets area, with specialization in asset management and private equity, advising financial institutions and other market participants. Her primary practice involves the structuring of investment funds in Brazil and abroad, as well as handling the corporate and regulatory matters related to investment funds.

Previously, she worked as in-house counsel at investment fund managers and at leading law firms, with prior experience in receivables securitization transactions involving securitization companies, structured finance and project finance transactions, public debt and equity offerings, and the day-to-day corporate matters of publicly traded companies.
