Experience with corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, partnership structures, wealth and estate planning and drafting of memorandum of understanding, shareholders’ agreements and other corporate documents. He also has knowledge in the compliance, corporate governance, anti-corruption, and investigation practices.
