Felipe has over 10 years of experience in the investment fund industry, having worked in the legal department of renowned financial institutions, and as a partner of a venture capital manager.

Advises on the structuring of investment vehicles established in Brazil and abroad, as well as on the formation of Brazilian investment managers (including on their registration with Brazilian regulatory authorities) and on regulatory matters pertaining such activities in Brazil. In addition, Felipe provides legal advice to startups and Venture Capital Funds (including Corporate VCs), and also works in the preparation and negotiation of venture capital financing documents and other M&A transactions.

Felipe is a Visiting Professor of Offshore Investment Funds in the LL.M in Financial and Capital Markets Law program at Insper in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
