Ihury's professional experience is centered on the regulation of the Financial and Capital Markets and Asset Servicing, with a specialized role in rendering direct assistance to managers and administrators of 555 and structured investment funds, as well as participating in administrative litigation before the Brazilian Securities & Exchange Commission and in structuring debt operations.

Ihury also has relevant experience with Private Equity and structured finance operations, having carried out several projects, locally and cross-border, related to the legal design of financial products, as well as structuring assets, investment funds, corporate structures, and others investment vehicles in Brazil and abroad, mainly for projects involving equities, distressed assets, and real estate.

Prior to joining Cepeda Law Firm, Ihury has worked in the Financial & Capital Markets and Corporate Law areas at renowned multinationals and law firms in Brazil. Additionally, Ihury is an associate at the Brazilian Academy of International Law and the Brazilian Association of Law and Economics.
