Experience in Real Estate Law, advising Brazilian and foreign clients in operations for structuring and implementing real estate projects, incorporations, allotments, and also real estate acquisitions in general, from due diligence process to prepare and analyse contracts in general. She also worked as consultant to financial institutions and assets managers, providing assistance in structuring operations with financing real estate assets, setting up real guarantees, and in public and private offerings of real estate investment funds.
