Érico has over 15 years of experience in areas of Law as Tax and Financial and Capital Markets. He developed his career in the Brazilian stock, commodities and futures exchange (B3), having experience modeling and giving legal support to its market infrastructures, integration with the Brazilian payment system, products and services (financial and non-financial), as well as in the contact with regulators and self-regulators and in the legal assistance of financial institutions, funds and other players.
He worked in commercial, banking, M&A and capital market operations, assisting and leading processes such as demutualization and integration of the infrastructures of the Brazilian market, also promoting legal advice on external and internal transactions, especially in their conceptions and structures, as well as in the identification and measurement of strategic, tax and regulatory risks.
Professor in Tax Law courses (Brazilian Institute of Tax Law - “IBDT”) and in financial and capital markets Law courses (Insper).
